Second Baby Syndrome

So it's true...there i said it. We have second baby syndrome as my Mom calls it. She said there has not been one post about Baby Sam. I guess that is kinda true. Last time when we were at this point with Jamison he had posts all the time. Jamison's bed room was painted and all ready, names were picked out and Karen's hospital bag was almost packed.

We'll I think I better change that rite now!
Baby Sam is very active and moves ALL the time. I usually feel him/her at night while Karen tries to sleep. She's at the point of being uncomfortable all the time now, and is warm most of the time which is a change. Karen and Jamison think that this time around we'll be coming home with a baby girl, although Jamison changes his mind from puppies to boys and back to a girl. Jamison believes he has a baby in his tummy to. If you ask him he'll lift up his shirt and show you.

Hey this is supposed to be about Sam!!!
Sam's mural is almost done a few more hours and it'll be time to move the computer out of the room and set the crib and changing table up. We also got a new chair off of craig's list that will be more comfy than the last one. Anyone want a free chair? Not sure when the next Dr. appointment is, but Sam's heartbeat is a bit faster than Jamison's so both Karen and Dr. B think its a girl.

Santa Sighting(s)

Ho Ho Ho
Merry Christmas!!!
It's our first Christmas in our new house and it's been great!!!
Jamison will be opening his second set of gifts tomorrow night and then again on Christmas Day.
He has seen Santa three no four times this month.

The first sighting was at the Hollidazle Parade

Here we are looking out of the Skyway as the parade
went by. It was super cold that week. We did not
want to stand outside at all.

For some reason Jamison was growling each time a
float went by.







The second sighting was at Kim and Tim's while
enjoying a pizza dinner.

Jamison and Bella were looking out the window and all
of a sudden Santa walks up!!! They jumped up and down
and almost fell off the couch. Jamison's pants almost fell
off as well.

Jamison wasn't quite sure about this guy and got
a funny twitch in his eye. I had to hold his hand
while he talked business with Santa. He told
him he wanted candy.

He settled for a stuffed dog instead.

Jamison was ok as long as
his friend Bella was close by.

Santa had to cut out in hurry he was double
on the neighbors roof.

I think he got out of there with some extra
stuff, that bag does not look empty.

Of course they watched until
Old St. Nick was out of
sight.

The third sighting was at the nursing home, where Jamison's day care
went and sung to the residents one morning. It has been hilarious while
driving in the car and he starts singing a Christmas song. Kinda freaked
us out that he knew the songs. But we guessed it had to be daycare.

It's going to be fun trying to wean him off of the Mickey Mouse Christmas
CD in both of our cars. Oh not to mention driving around the neighborhood
looking at lights. Man he's gonna go through withdrawl.

Ok so the last sighting was at our yearly spot in North Mpls at Steamwork's
coffee shot where we get our pictures taken. I can't seem to find the CD with
the pictures on it, but I'll come back and put them up here.

Second Baby Syndrome?

Nana has accused us of having second baby syndrome!!! What in the world is that? I guess she wants more updates on the blog. She did mention that we have not put anything up on here about baby "Sam's" progress. I guess that is true, so I'm gonna update this quickly before we set off to see Santa for the second time this month. I sure hope he brings me something for the Brewery...Opps got side tracked for a second.

So what have I missed?
I guess I didn't post Jamison's second Birthday, Surviving H1N1, Thanksgiving, or the early Christmas with the Snowbirds. So I think I add a mini slide show here so you can catch up on a few things.

Jamison's Halloween

This was the first year of Halloween in the new house. We got our pumpkins a bit early this year. I think the cold early in the month made us a bit anxious or something.

We went out to Brunch one Sunday with the Tuschner's and ended up getting a few pumpkins on the way home. Jamsion had a ball picking out pumpkins carving them up with his Nana and Grandad. I still have not figured a way to spell it the way Jamison says it.

On Halloween Night we went Tric-or-Treating with Bella and Amara. It was a bit chilly but it was fun. Oh earlier in the day Jamison met Nay-Nay at the MOA (Mall of America) for lunch at Rainforest Cafe. Jamison wore his costume to lunch.
